Brain Training combines the scientific knowledge of neurofeedback along with visual imagery and cognitive approaches to help you gain your peak performance. To stay physically fit, you go to a gym and learn specific exercises to strengthen your muscles. You do weight training and cardiovascular training. Brain Training is similar. You have 7 brain waves that are produced from various regions of your brain. Physical or emotional trauma or biochemical changes can affect these brain waves. Just as you can have weak ab muscles while having strong thighs, you can have over or under firing of your brain waves in various parts of your brain.

Neurofeedback can identify where your brain waves are under or over firing. Then, with the use of a computer, you can learn to retrain your brain to respond efficiently. Similar to techniques used to train a dog or cat, called operant condition. Through the use of computer games and graphics, you can train your brain to respond to its best ability.
